We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

■ Return Conditions

  • Tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt or order email)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

■ Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

■ Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

■ Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
