■ Shipping Area
We currently ship within Japan and internationally.
■ Shipping Fee
- Japan: Flat rate of ¥800. Free shipping on orders over ¥5,000.
- International: Shipping starts at ¥2,000 depending on the region. Orders over ¥10,000 qualify for free international shipping.
■ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.
■ Delivery Time
- Domestic (Japan): Typically delivered in 1–3 business days after dispatch
- International: Estimated 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance
Note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, remote locations, or customs delays.
■ Shipping Methods
We ship via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko), Japan Post, or other trusted couriers based on location. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
